Madeira cake

Ingredients:

• East Coast Lemon Juice
• 1000g Caster sugar
• 100g butter
• 1000g eggs
• 12g lemon zest
• 1000g Sifted plain flour
• 40g Baking powder

Method:

Mix sugar, butter and East Coast Lemon Juice until creamy. 

Add eggs into this mixture one at a time then fold the sifted flour and baking powder in.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Pour cake batter into a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
