What You’ll Need:
- Eastcoast Pineapple Juice
- Pork mince
- Brioche buns
- Cucumber
- Spanish onion
- Chilli flakes
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Chipotle adobo sauce
- White vinegar
- Basil
- Salt
Method:
- Chop up fresh basil and add into pork mince
- Pour in some Eastcoast Pineapple Juice and salt to taste and give it a good mix
- Roll the pork mixture into a ball to create meat patties
- Heat a pan with a little bit of olive oil and add the patties
- Once cooked, take off of the pan and let them rest (they’ll continue cooking!)
- For the salad, combine finely sliced cucumber and add white vinegar, chilli flakes, finely sliced spanish onions, and chilli oil
- In the juice that the patties were cooked in, toast your brioche burger buns
- 8. Add some chipotle adobo sauce on the bottom of the toasted burger bun, followed by the cucumber mixture, and top it with the pork patty and enjoy!
