Ingredients:
- East Coast Lemon Juice
- 1000g Caster sugar
- 100g butter
- 1000g eggs
- 12g lemon zest
- 1000g Sifted plain flour
- 40g Baking powder
Method:
Mix sugar, butter and East Coast Lemon Juice until creamy.
Add eggs into this mixture one at a time then fold the sifted flour and baking powder in.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Pour cake batter into a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
